Open windows explorer, then go to
Tools ->Folder option->View tab
check (select) following options "Show hidden files and folders" and un-check (uns-elect) "Hide protected operating system files"
Then, see inside your folder to make sure that there is no hidden files inside it. (Thumbs.db eka thibunata kamak na)
If there are any files inside it, try to delete it, if you cannot do so, rename it and restart PC, probably you can delete it now.
If it seems not working, open command prompt. (Run -> type CMD) try with
> DEL [file name] /F
> RM [folder name] /S
