Check the HDD.. Download a utility eg like HDDScan that can read the SMART status of the drive. Does it report errors?

There's a BIOS memory test. Cycle it several times. If you can't find the BIOS memory diagnostic then there's a bootable executable Memtest86. Run it overnight.
