I mean i too weigh like 52 kilos while im 20 yrs old
So I wanna ask u as well as other members some Qs?
+ How many days ,months or yrs did it take to increase yo weight that much ---54 to 67 kilos
+ Can i ask ur age too (if confidential u can dm)
+ Im currrently drinking a banana shake which i make at the morning which includes oats + banana + cocoa powder + fresh milk ...finally it takes a volume which is prolly more than 500ml ...( I started it in the 1st of April)
+And i really maxxed my daily amount of food intake too (this too started from 1st of april)
But before april in the last months i just ate the amount of food that i prefer and i did skip meals too sometimes ...
while i did home workout for like 20 mins per day ....But workout thing was not consistent at all rarely i do the whole week ...2 days per some weeks too
Back to my current situation...
i mean as my main goal now in this case is increasing weight rather than bulking ,since 1st of april i stopped working out (I mean back then as i told home workout was not consistent at all)
What advices .... specific types of shakes ... typs of food .... would u give me ?
Should I workout too? (I mean if I do workout rn i feel like i would make myself more thin...where my main goal is maxxing my weight)
