With Brock lesnars arrival, so many WWE fans started following UFC. Wrestling lost its attraction after the attitude era. Now its a brand for teens and kids. This killed the real vibe it had back then. Stars like Goldberg, Batista mentioned this few times. UFC is working hard to improve the entertainment side of thier sport despite it being 100 percent real. Sooner or later WWE will be obsolete

They lost their vibe after the attitude era. Viewership is continuously declining because of the following reasons,

1. It decided to go PG rated (dumbest decision ever by HHH and Stephanie)
2. No promising new comers and departure of famed stars
3. Rise of other sports (UFC)
4. No sexual content (specially they removed the sexuality from divas segment to go PG)
