Newton's Third lawWhenever a particle A exerts a force on another particle B, BA with the same magnitude in the opposite direction. The strong form of the law further postulates that these two forces act along the same line.
simultaneously exerts a force on This law is often simplified into the sentence,
"To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction."Buddha called this relevent to mind as Karma

I agree with this theory if you understand these two Chethna creates two different karmas.
If chethana to protect the entire civilization....is pure it will bring good results while killing will bring bad results.

    Yes.
When someone kills it is a bad karma
and when he saves it is a good karma.
    :D
If a gang of mad guys escape from a mental hospital with guns & start to kill people around them. others have to stop them anyhow. sometimes other ppl have to kill them with guns too. but if some of these mad guys get shot but not dead, other ppl wouldn't gonna kill them. they'd only be locked in a cage. but some of these would be killed.

    mad guys are LTTE tigers.
other ppl who try to stop them are SLA heros.

Some tigers got shot but not dead. If SLA heros are killers, they must kill these tigers too. But SLA heros save these tigers if they were alive.
Does a killer would do this?

    Nice points and well discribed.
    Elakiri at its best.

When one acts every single thought and action is based on an intention.
The actions have different reactions according to the Chethana.
Different intentions will gain different results.... good or bad...
