Thats from 93/94 when he was in WCW. He brought his Jean Paul Levesque blue blooded aristocrat persona over to WWF as Hunter Herst Helmsley (HHH) wearing the same type of frilled shirts. Went to become the IC champion with that persona before he joined with Micheals to create DX and be the cerebral assassin.
