There is no justification to elevate Engineers and Doctors above others in a society. Everyone is doing a vital service to the society. No one is above or below. Besides that there's only about 10-20 of Sri Lankan population are connected to WWW. It's not democratic to let roughly 15% of the population to take decisions affecting all of the population. The reason for the establishment of the Parliament is because everyone cannot participate in the governing process. That's why people choose their own representatives to the parliament.</blockquote>
