Download speed drops to an unusable level, Upload speed remains at 1mbps.
Customer care will at first give you a multitude of excuses about the number of users and data sharing and then finally admit the connection is NOT UNLIMITED ANYMORE.


Clear violation of the agreement signed with the customer.

Many who have been with them for years.


How many others have been cheated this way by Lanka Bell.

Telecom companies know that their average user base is poor enough to swallow this. If they are clearly violating the agreement, go for a law suit if you have the money for it. However from an ethical point of view, I would say this is pretty shitty as they haven't provided a proper solution for the existing users on that package.
