You can't do it.

Merchant / cashier is having a portal to validate the payment received against bill amount. Transactions will be realtime available at the portal, in addition, merchant receives SMS notification for the registered mobile number.

commission - 0.5% for private merchants, for government parties it will be a flat rate, anyhow these fees will be deducted from the merchant.

I think same for the user. touchless, hassel free fast payment are the benefits that the customer will get. Merchant will have different commissions in CC and LankaQR. I think most of the time from merchants point of view, LankaQR is beneficial for them.
