The 8hour thing is ridiculous, i don't agree with him on it but:1. Infrastructure being provided to areas that has none is a great thing. 2. Most of these kids do not have access to computers + connectivity.  Better internet penetration is a good outcome.3. Religious institutions are not paying utility bills, so it's a low cost operating environment.4. The curriculums inside the platform include global standards (which is great).5. I don't think it'll create 1million engineers, but it'll peak the the curiosity of those that take the program and as a net result, there are little to no losers. Man is obviously doing this because it creates voters, but the ancillary benefits are quite nice. If they're good, they'll get plugged into jobs straight away, if not we still have a more educated base than not doing the program.</blockquote>
