The topic I believe is private campus in Sri Lanka not specifically the med campus.
I believe the view of many students who go to the local uni does not like the fact of private campus being implemented in Sri Lanka.
because they work hard and get the uni and the impression they have is someone stupid might get qualified more by paying money, correct me if I am wrong.
Sri Lanka is the only country to my knowledge that provide free higher education so the government has a certain limit it can sustain.
We are all aware of SLIIT, ICBT, ANC etc and according to people who think there shouldn't be private campus in Sri Lanka the following institutes should not exist, imagine the impact that would have on the country.
We are all aware that not every student has the ability to pursuade higher studies in Sri Lanka uni.
So for people who all think that there should not be any private campus in Sri Lanka.
what would be your solution for the people unable to attend uni. I dont think many like to follow the carrier as a pion.
That is why I believe many students travel abroad even if it cost hell of an amount.
For many people who think by having private uni senior lectures could be lost by the government uni, but the fact is it had started happening long time ago when countries like AUS and CANADA offer people with degree or equivalent the chance to apply for permanent residency.
