yes, one could be more strategical, tactical and creative when it comes to the proffession even though he got lesser marks in a/l's. it is convincing that it should be followed a recognised criteria like a/l's to make uni entrance(eventhough you can't monitor and find one's smart skill 100% by that).

sorry i don't get what u have meant by this, please use simple and plain english for me to understand it easily. besides as i understood, you have mentioned and agreed of having more qualified people. that will lift up the competitiveness which will eventually help in industrial wise. so you have sunk in with your own logic leaving nothing to debate about.
