Medical field is in need of doctors. But Government has refused to give any jobs after 2011 in Government sector. Only GP practice will be available after that. When we see the amount that the private hospitals charge, it will only benefit slightly in country's health status because private hospitals will be inaccesible to 95% of population. If Governmet cannot provide jobs for local graduates, why they are trying to add some more private university graduates to the "jobless" problem?
In the field of the medicine , most of the private hospitals are with the non sri lankan doctors. So take their degree on the russia like countries. Yes yes there
should be private hospitals but their performance should be highly measured
under a goverrnment body.and I don't knoow many things to talk about medical
. But I honer to the local MMBS degree and always went to them with a respect.
In the field of the engineering , yes there are little bit of jobs but they are
discreasing at very high speed. The fields like electronic and computer.
The main problem is the government doesn't try to find the solutions using those technologies . Think about linux , we can replace our entire government body with lower hardware and free software. Government can employee a one
linux system admin and replace about 100 windows licence fees.
and we should develop the computer parts and the software inside our country.
not only the rams , I saying this clearly the knowledge and the expertise needs to manifacture those things grounds up , we have it inside our country. So why
we should give our money to the white ppl ?
and the operating systems , why we cannot use the low cost technologies to the argucluture ? There are enoughf knowledge inside our country without jobs.
so we can use them. Look at the trains we are still have ? look at the internet
that we still have ? Look at the roads we still have ? The government should
try to save our countries money inside our country. Not to buy m$ windowz !
not to buy their super computers. well by a 486 computer with linux a kid
can learn many things as they need. So then our ppl will be technology experts
then that's the background to make sri lanka next silicon valley. But the
government did'nt apply that.
Think about how many freelancers and freelancers without projects in our country ? if the government can use them in a good way expert first way
not the political first way , then WHITE JOHN cannot stop sri lanka become
the next silicon valley.
why we can't sell software to other coutries ?
why we cannot write operating systems ?
why we cannot manafacture computer hardware ?
why our universiaties cannot teach to the white ppl ? ( YEAH it's happning )
anyway this is going to happen very soon. As I knew there is a evoloution
in the computer + electronic field in sri lanka yooth these days. Anyway
the things will be easy and quick if the government underestand this.
sri lanka is going to change , This is the time to make that difference. Most of the technologically powerfull countries are nowdays use their technology for
the war. But we can use it for argucluture like fields to something useful
to put food into the table. and to give the education chances to the computer
interested kid in a rural village.
we also need to change our education as I think , if we eduation go beyond the
year 20 it's bad ( what I'm also doing) so the field should be select on the 5th
grade , maths , eng , or computer or what ?Then they can be expertise on the
specific field. Then we have more experts inside our country who can
make the sri lanka into a silicon valley.
