Its very easy way to control access to WiFi without messing with WEP or WPA.
Check the Router's WIFI settings or Firewall settings for MAC address restrictions.
Basically, it checks each PC's MAC address for the wifi connections and allows only the ones given in the allowed list. The Route will already show your PC's MAC, make sure you add it first or you'll lock yourself out as well.

yeh.. once i tried to create a spot thru my 5800 mobile phone modem using airtel broadbrand it worked. but not so long

you can buy a wifi router in UNITY for around 6000 im guessing..

yeh.. once i tried to create a spot thru my 5800 mobile phone modem using airtel broadbrand it worked. but not so long

that'll burn your phone and battery pretty quickly. Not recommended.

Aha, i've seen that option in ma router configuration page
luckily there aint much wi-fi users in ma neighborhood.. the only guy appears to be living just outside the coverage area lol
