It depends on your BIOS.
different BIOS implement different BEEPs for different error messages.

Switch on error logging on bios if that feature is provided. Select maximum length for error file. Then read that error file and then can get an idea.

What is your BIOS ? So can get more info.

Otherwise debug card would help. But before that let me know your BIOS and version.

Toshiba does not write bios. Award , Phionex like companies write bios software.

There are open source bios too, something like coreboot. But most probably your bios should be Phonex or Award.

it boots into operating system logo right.
Oky then use memtest86+ to test for memory errors.

[you could download a iso file and burn it into a CD or just pen drive image ]


If there are errors in the memory I don't recommend booting into the operating system. Because it sometimes harmful to your computer.
