Laptop Problem : HELP

එකපාරටම ලැප්ටොප් එක struck වෙනවා. Keyboard Mouse වැඩ කරන්නෙත් නෑ. හැබැයි Display එක එහෙමම තියෙනව. මුකුත්ම කරන්න බෑ Power Button එකෙන් Off කරනවා ඇරෙන්න. මේකට විසදුමක් නැද්ද?

දැන් හැම වෙලේම වගේ හිර වෙනවා. දාලා විනාඩි 10-15 වගේ යනකොට හිටිනවා. Heat වෙනවා වැඩි වෙද්දි ඔහොම වෙන්න පුලුවන්ද? හැබැයි රස්නයක් නම් නෑ අල්ලලා බැලුවම.

This is a graphic or cpu power failure .some time when key board goes wrong this can happen .

According to my personnel experience this issue persist in hp g4 and g6

if you have external keyboards/mouse plugged in unplug them and see. if it's overheating processor safety mechanism will trigger and it will shut down.

pls mention laptop make, model, processor,ram, os and how many years of use etc

I've plugged a mouse, removed that and checked once, still it happens. It would have been okay if this gets shut down automatically, but for some reason it doesn't and I can do nothing other than pressing the power button. That's my wife's laptop which was bought 5-6 years back. (Compaq Pressario CQ61 with core2 duo processor. I guess this has not been serviced from the purchased date.

It had original Win7 os, but had to format few months back. Now it runs Win7 pirated version. Even I formatted this because of this problem.

But still the things are visible. Can that be happened?
