if its warranty you want, then buy from agents. Wont be cheap but thats the price you pay for it.
I bought 4 GB laptop memory for my laptop 3 years back from ebay. Its still working fine and the laptop has been kept on 4 years straight now, no problems at all.

Understand. Possibility for faliure of a ram is very low. But hw about the time it takes to ship here. Now a days it goes more than 1 month not matter whoever the seller is. Earlier it took only two weeks. Anyway thanks for the idea machan. It is not worth at all to buy a 2gb one for 7500 isnt it.

7500 for a 2GB stick is not worth the price. I bought 4GB (2x2GB) for 8000/- back in 2009 from a US seller. With shipping the whole thing came to 11,500/- or thereabouts.. Kingston memory.
For me, that was worth the money. Like I said, the laptop is on since then, without so much as a hiccup.
