laptop stuck

after I installed a certain software......suddenly a blue screen appeared.....
there after......it get stuck on the boot startup screen or in welcome screen.......(windows 7)

I did a restore, but .....nothing happen......

den I started backing up the files before recovery....
but backing up also.....got...stuck after some time....

den I did a recovery.....without backup......(out of the box state)
but still no change......it get stuck on da boot screen.....

cant even log by safe mode.....
I guess.....its smthng to do with the hard disk....

help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dnt format mchn
oya system files delete wela tiyenne.matath una virus ekak hinda
solution is install O/S to another partition with a new bootable cd/dvd
ita passe full backup ekak karanna..
hard eke kisi awulak na.
ubata kalin install karapu s/w walin weda ganna bari wei
