Gold Bullion Wireless Mouse
April 6th, 2009 by Edwin in PC Gadgets, USB Gadgets
This particular brick is now wireless and looks satisfyingly like a huge hunk of gold bullion. Whether you’re scanning plummeting share prices on-line or looking for a cheap washing machine on e-bay, this high tech wireless mouse will enrich your experience. You can charge it by plugging it into a USB port, so you don’t have yet another gadget needing batteries. It’s a great big bling thing!
One thing’s for sure though - this doesn’t look too ergonomic on your hands, but you surely can’t argue with the £24.99 price point.
BakerTweet lets you know when fresh pastries are released
April 6th, 2009 by Edwin in Electronic Gadgets
Who would’ve thought that the Twitter service would become so popular that even bakeries use it to inform their customers of a particular batch of pastries that was just baked? Known as BakerTweet, this unique device consists of an Arduino board and Linksys Wi-Fi adapter which comes bundled in a bakery-proof, simple-to-use box. The included dial is used to scroll through a list of baked goods, while the button will send a pre-configured tweet with a Web-interface used to customize messages as well as include new products for your customers. The first BakerTweet system has been installed in the Albion Cafe in London, and it remains to be seen whether other bakeries will follow suit.
Ergo FashionNote laptops for Swarvoski lovers

This is a great example of why some of the gadgets targeted at females tend to horrify me. Granted, everyone is different, so there will most definitely be consumers eager to snatch these up. However, to the average person, these are more than a little over the top. On the up side of things though, despite that these take shiny to a completely different level, they would be very portable. The screen itself is only 8.9 inches, just to give you an idea of the size of the laptop.
The LED Message Mouse with fan

Mice being created with fans are nothing new. They’re nice to keep your hand cool when your office gets a little too warm. After all, computers can produce a bit of heat and the more that are running in one room, the warmer it’s going to get. However, leave it to Japan to take it about three steps further. You have to love their flare for taking an average product and giving it an LED twist.
