Lauren Bowles has signed to recur on the third season of HBO's True Blood DVD Box Set.
The actress will play Holly, a mother who applies for a job at Merlotte's and shares her strangely prescient observations with Arlene (Carrie Preston), says Coming Soon.
Bowles has been given the option to appear as a regular on the vampire drama's fourth season. She has recently guest starred on Private Practice and Cold Case 1-6 DVD Box Set.
