Bro.. lexduco in the early 90s had the best architects for modern housing those days they had a reputation still the houses which they built are in good shape...now i dont know the situation of the company....

my dad want to build a a house for 5 mil when he saw the agreement he did not like it...b'caus they have exceed it by 3 mil more. Even when he reduced the cost by removing on some of the auxillary constructions like tiling roofing painting electrifying and plumbing... they raised the figure close to earlier quoted price.

Lex Duco is a building Contractor for Semi Luxury and Luxury Houses or Apartments what they call in their Marketing Language Modern Architectural Housing.... meaning even if u have a little space they can construct a House that looks like a Semi-Luxury or upto a Super Luxury House..

So u have to agree to the materials that they are going to use that would give your house a Raja Maligawa look in ure bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, office room, guest room, balcony, garage, front porch, backyard etc.

So if u are the person who does not want to live in Luxury...please chose some one else.

Unless u have very foreign expensive super size family relations who say luxury is their life as well as yours too.

Etha kamak neha bala badu dala 10-15 years use karan puluwan nam????.....
