Maybe these three items aren't so random after all. The main theme here seems to be incompetence, specifically the incompetence of large organizations like Verizon, Hewlett Packard and the Bush-Cheney administration. One of my complaints is trivial, one is annoying and ridiculous, and one is deeply disturbing. Somebody recently asked me what blogs are good for -- well, maybe they're good for speaking up about stuff like this. We are the customers of these corporations and we are the voters in this democracy. We deserve better, in all three cases above.

seeing it as interactions among atoms is yet another way of seeing it. you might as well say it's only the hardness touching another hardness. my point is reductionism or even holistic view wont give u a clear understanding of things like this. though i must say seeing things in either way would be highly beneficial if what u desire is getting depressed.
both meaningfulness and meaninglessness are mere thoughts we ascribe into reality. we can't confidently say one is the true nature of things and the other is not. nature neither agree nor disagree with our human concepts.
Well I'm depressed regardless of how I looked at the reality.
But thinking about pointlessness of everything makes me somewhat less depressed,

Perhaps it's wrong to call that state as depressed. after all what do we hope to gain by labeling a mental state? it's just a mental state that's all. calling it depressed or depression gives the impression that it's something bad and it should be avoided at any cost. words, sentences, metaphors and the language itself hinders our ability to think clearly. they bias us and keep us away from certain ideas.
i think the reality neither having nor not having a meaning is more meaningless and meaningful than everything else![]()
You know it's an illusion. So now you can enjoy better because nothing is real.![]()
