ඔයා LINKEDIN වෙත අලුත් නම් (හෝ රැකියා සොයා ගැනීමට සහ CONTENT CREATE කිරීම සඳහා LINKEDIN භාවිතා කිරීමට හිතාගෙන ඉන්නවා නම්) මෙය බෙහෙවින් ප්රයෝජනවත් වේවි!
LinkedIn වල තියෙනව "Social Selling Index" (SSI) කියලා tool එකක් . මේක LinkedIn එකෙන් දෙන free tool එකක්, මේකෙන් පුලුවන් අපිට අපේ account එකේ කොච්චර strength එකක් තියෙනවද, නැත්තම් තමන්ගේ account එක කොච්චර නම් rank ද අනිත් අයට සාපේක්ශව කියලා (නිකන් SEO වගේ සීන් එකක් but in LinkedIn). මේකේ මෙයාල ස්කෝර් කරනවා කාන්ඩ 4ක් යටතේ. එකේන් පුලුවන් ඔයාට Idea එකක් ගන්න ඔයාගේ Industry එකේ අයට සාපෙක්ශව ඔයාගේ තත්වය, score eka සහ, ඔයාගේ professional network එකට සාපේක්ශව ඔයාගේ තත්වය, score eka. එන number eka, score එක අඩු වුනා කියල දුක් වෙන්න ,අවුල් ගහන්න එපා! නමුත් අත්දැකීමේන් කියන්නේ මේ algorithm එක නම් කඩන්න ලේසිම social media ඇල්ගොරිදම් එකක්. මොකද ඒවා 'හොද rank,score එකක්' කරන්නේ මොන පැතිකඩ ද කියන එක එයාලම breakdown කරලා පෙන්නන නිසා. වැඩේ තවත් ලේසි වෙන්න මෙහෙම දාන්නම්කෝ! මේ තියෙන්නේ මගේ SSI Score එක, මම මෙච්චර කාලෙකට දැකපු highest score එක 80. ඒ පුද්ගලයා හොද global network එකක් තියෙන, world famous public speaker/ inffluencer කෙනේක් මුලු ලෝකෙම දැන් දන්න. ඒක හින්දා, score එක අඩු උනා කියලා ගනන් ගන්න එපා. ගොඩක් Entreprenuers ලට නම් මේක වැඩක් නෑ කියලා දන්නවා! කාට හරි උදව්වක් වෙයි කියලා දම්මේ!
It's quite helpful if you're new to LinkedIn (or new to using LinkedIn for content rather than just finding jobs!) There's a tool called the "Social Selling Index" which is free and published via LinkedIn and scores your profile across 4 domains, and then you can compare this to your network and your industry. Don't agonise over the numbers but from experience, LinkedIn is the most straightforward "Social Media Algorithm" to crack because they're very transparent about what makes a "good profile" and this tool really helps you to see how you're tracking/where you can improve. The highest I've ever seen was in the high 80s and the person was an extremely engaged LI user (global speaker with a huge network) so don't be disheartened if your score is lower than you think it should be, because it's actually super difficult to get into the very top tiers of the rankings (80 the legendary arena)
