what I noticed by using these two platforms is, job recruiting companies tend to focus more on LinkedIn nowadays. This is due to the cost of advertising on these platforms I think.
however in my own personal experience, I used to get more interviews or at least a call from the employer when I apply through Topjobs (their website is less user friendly though).
on the other hand, there are so many applicants for a single job posting on LinkedIn thus it's really hard to stand out from the competition.
it's lot easier to apply for a job on LinkedIn as a result of their 'Easy Apply' button. Anyone can click the button and submit their pre-made cv to apply. that's it!

do you use any other job posting websites to find local vacancies? (specially to find IT vacancies)
