Linux Red Hat Certification Help

Guys I've decided to look into IT certificates and thought of starting with red hard certificates. There are a few clarifications.

1. What is the best place in Sri Lanka to get red hat certificates? PACE is the only place i know. Is it good?

2. Duration and cost.

3. There were a few certifications on pace's page, from what should i start. (i know the basics of linux)

4. are red hat certifications recognized globally ?

5. Any other recognized professional qualifications other than red hat which is more demanding at the moment.
