Live Messenger new 14 Help

machan i just installed Windown live messanger 2009 v14....
when i logged in to it with my Live ID i cant see of of my contacs, i can add contatcs even i end up gettin a message "it looks like ................. doesnt use messenger yet" but they do.

and machan i logged in with another ones ID, but same results. so ithink its a prob with my PC. i just formatted it and put all da new updates for XP. nutting happend. how can i get contacts??

any1 had this error??
