You can't do it even you have HSBC global account in some other country. In order to transfer funds from lkr account to offshore account even within HSBC you should have permission from Central bank governor.  And only his approval make you telegrahic transfer eligible. . But if you're in BOI project and your investment earnings are the funds you need to transfer then the story is different. ..</p></blockquote><p></p>
