LKSERVERS.COM Web hosting server down continually. No phone lines Working

I bought web hosting package from LKSERVERS.COM Web hosting company which is in Sri Lanka. By website is down . LKSERVERS.com 24 hours customer care phone lines are not working from the time servers down. Can't say how long it will take up server. My advice is not to buy Hosting packages from LKSERVERS.COM. This lkservers.com web hosting service is ship. Its cheap. But it is very poor service. Never buy web hosting package or domain name or anything from lkservers.com. I am fedup with them

Well you already know that these guys are resellers. It's common sense to get it from an original provider like hostgator, godaddy, 1and1, linode.. you name it.
