want to get a loan from bank to buy and rebuild my home ,
any one got idea about future loan interst rates ???
some say it will go down soon....
want to have a personal loan if can as it is easy than housing
please comment who know about this
any way salary is around 50000

machan why do not you try to get a loan from national housing development authority or state mortgage and investment bank. They have relatively less interest rates and long term payment methods. I think even private sector people are eligible for loans.(but I am not sure) Just give them a call and see.
