It's Simple

1. open taskmanager (type taskmgr @ run)

2.kill explorer.exe

3.Then open new task and type

runas /user:USERNAME "explorer.exe"
BOLD part must be the user name you want to log
4.then press enter.

5.then it ask password...( Password typing no visible)

6.then press Enter

7.t will Log as what you want without closing Applications

Am i realy sorry for this. i had this problem and it was very difficualt to tackle at first untile i found my way around it sinceam a tech guy. just follow this steps and you computer will be free.
