I failed in my A'level(london) examinations four years back.I'm 23 now,and I was wondering if I could do the exam again as a private student.is it possible considering my age? what's the procedure ?any input will be appreciated ..Thanks:D

First of all, congratulations, you are one of the luckiest in the country to graduate with a private degree, at such a young age, considering the cost of doing one.

In my honest opinion, unless it's some lunatic employer who does not see that you have that most important degree but rather want a bookworm with all sort of exams in SL, others may not even bother.

Rather try to invest the same money in the stock market as your first business and try to make the most out of it, without planning to waste it for something that you may not need for your entire life. But if you are really feeling inferior about not having that damn AL certificate, do it, but only after you start earning, so that you know you are wasting your money, not your parents' life savings.
