Hello don't worry and don't format ur hard,

Formatting is never a answer for a virus, that will be the exact thing the people who create the viruses have in mind, well there are many ways to deal with it, and prevention is better than cure i must say...........

Any way since u got in to this situation i sujject u use the following tool.(click on Download Brontok Washer)

Tell me the results after using it......

And don't try scaning using virus guards coz, this virus is invisible to even any virus guard after infection.(but i think kaspersky will detect it)....

Here is the solution: for folder option ...

Here is the solution:
->Run -> Type gpedit.msc
Then:
->User Configuration ->Administrative Templates --> Windows Components --> Windows Explorer-> Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu.
Right click:
-> Properties -> Disable ->Apply

Also caused by virus, pls scan virus first then, apply abow solution.
