LTTE and fighter jets? What are they doing on the ground? Transporting troops?

Besides.. there are at least 4 jets visible in that picture!!! ​

Those fake jets have rudder and elevator like this one, this is comes no near a fighter.

Usually fighters have there elevators at the same level of the engine not higher position like this. And another thing is according to the location on that photo our army fighters could easily target those planes, since it's a huge open area so this is for sure a fake or else it should be destroyed by now.
