The British Tamil Forum, the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) front organization has is holing the Heroes day of
the LTTE and the Birthday of Veluppillai Prabhakaran, leader of the LTTE at the ExCel, One Wester Gateway, Royal Victoria
Dock, London E16 1XL on the 27 November 2007.

The Heroes day event of LTTE is a violation of UK Terrorism Act as the LTTE is a proscribed terrost organization in
the UK.

As a result of the protests made by the members of the Sri Lanka community in the UK, the Heroes day event of the
LTTE was not allowed by the UK authories last year.

Please make representations to the following UK authorites concerened to prevent this event being held:
