In Phase Three, conventional warfare and fighting are used to seize cities, overthrow the government, and assume control of the country."So if we take the above model..LTTE may have come to phase 2..bt has not yet even come close to the 3rd phase yet..So i think it depends on what definition & what model we can put the LTTE in to.. Mandela's, Chinese or something else...& according to each model it may differ..just my view on this..</blockquote>
