I purchased these devices over a span of four years.
The MacBook Pro M1 developed an issue about 5â6 months after purchase. I returned it during the AppleCare warranty period, and it was repaired without any problems. More recently, I purchased an iPad 10, which was delivered via Prompt Express to a remote location. Unfortunately, it was bent during transportation. After reporting the issue and returning the damaged device, they provided me with a replacement within 3â4 days.
Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I have no complaints so far.
