If u r willing to have debit card, wht my advic z to go for a sampath card. thr r lot f reasons 4 selctng sampath bank card. it gvs a real value to da atm card whr other banks can't gve. sampath bank z da pioneer bank of introducing new technology to sri lanka. so thn it's real easy to dea with modern world. from da sampath bank atm card evnn can do online transaction. (but da intrnent payment gateway should belong to sampath bank). online transaction facility is not given for atm card by any other banks. if u need to do further online transactions. u can go for a sampath bank web card. other reason is free sms aler facility. whnevr any transaction hppns trough ur atm. u'l b infomed it byway of a sms. this also a unque feature for sampath cards. If u have sampathnet facility, u'l feel how great it is. none f otr banks can provide such a great internet banking facility. Sampath bank service z also in a good level compard to other banks. thr systems r xclnt & sampath staff z also realy friendly. even ifu r havng a problem vth ur account, unlike other banks u'l b directed to human being. not to a machine. so they will identify u r problm & they wil take care of u. eventhough com bank has more branchers, sampath bank z also covered all the main cities in sri lanka & so many new branchers will be opened soon.
