D.S. Senanayake College took major honours over their traditional rivals Mahanama College in their second annual inter-school 'Battle of the Golds' Big Match which ended in a draw at the R. Premadasa Stadium yesterday.
D.S. Senanayake College also carried away two individual awards Gayashan Weerasekera man of the match award, Nadun Pathirana Best Batsman and Ishan Abeysekera won the Best Bowlers award.
D. S. Senanayake: 280 for 6 decl and 100 for 2 decl.
Mahanama: 199 and 82 for 3.
