Mr.President, 75 % of the population love you just for one single reason: that is your resolution to eradicate terrorism in our mother Lanka. None before tried anything sincerely to do this. Ranil made a fake truce with the Tigers giving into all their demands which helped them to grow to the level this government has to finish off. We know there are weakness in other fields but you will be always remembered for your brave action against the brutal terrorists. Thank you sir, please see an end to this 'wasangathey' ! As I assess the situation now, both the parties are at the edge of loosing to each other. I think, there are many such ultimatums passed by in our lifetime. However there were no improvements in the life of ordinary Sri Lankan citizens. They are suffering for the food and essential to maintain their livelihood. The only sustainable solution can be found through proper negotiation. One can say that there are many negotiations failed. Yes, nothing will be achievable in one try. You must keep on try for good results!

Yes Ahmed, being a Jaffna man you all were with LTTE lived, eats and slept together but, what was the end result, they kicked you within 24 hrs robbing all yours belongings. what I tried to say, LTTE should be eliminated since we all suffering due to this terrorism, the TNA MP's publicly, why even in the parliament supporting to LTTE, this situation will be changed once Mr. Rajapacksa officially banned the LTTE.

Mr President, Please do not give this kind of ultimatum this will only help you to win next election. Until you offer meaningful devolution to Tamils you cant win the hearts and minds of Tamil people. You know this and we know that you are not going to offer anything to Tamils. This is the fate of Sri lanka and the war will continue for decades.
