I think, there are many such ultimatums passed by in our lifetime. However there were no improvements in the life of ordinary Sri Lankan citizens. They are suffering for the food and essential to maintain their livelihood. The only sustainable solution can be found through proper negotiation. One can say that there are many negotiations failed.
