Mahinda is the best now.
He has the potential and the sensitivity
to become the best leader of the past 60 years.
But sadly he is wasting that by allowing himself
and others to openly exploit the unlimited power he has.
It is very unfortunate.
With great power comes great responsibility.
If the powerful does not feel it
he does not deserve power,
and more over
it will harm him
and others whom he is responsible.

i do agree with you on one thing though, that mahinda is better.
came from nowhere? that's how much you know. he was an officer of sl army and he was a good one. he left for US after his retirement, like most of the ex military officials do. (remember janaka perera was in australia before he was called in by UNP)

Just one thing...which everyone (Probably) agree
The way he treat Merwyn and other low quality people in the party.
It is not a good quality of a great leader to tolerate
such behavior by one of his pack.
