Malaysian officials say they have tracked two passengers who are believed to have boarded using stolen passports on CCTV.

Department of Civil Aviation director-general Azaruddin Abdul Rahman told a press conference earlier they were captured on camera from the time they checked in until boarding and departure.

The footage has been handed over to investigators.

He also insisted that the number of 'suspicious' passengers is definitely two, not four as has been reported.
