Me And My Friend Opening Up A PC Business

Hey guys,

Me and my friend have been in the computer area for some time and we both have decent amount of info regarding computers, repairs assembly etc and we're now planning to open up something like a private business which will be runned by both of us and will involve mainly repairing of computers or assembly related matters. It'll be runned from home and we won't be selling any components at all but just doing the drity work, that being the reparing part of it.

Now what I want to know is what we can do to improve this and most of all, deal with the promotion and advertising of the business that we will be doing. The main motive is to do repairs at lowest possible prices.

If you guys have any suggestions please be kind enough to contribute here it will be greatly apperciated.

Also, since this is related starting a business I thought it would be best to post it in this section and not to post it in PC Gaming.

Hope to see some positive replys from you all.

P.S. Don't use Sinhala because I can't understand it!

how about importing used stuff like hard drives from singapore malysia or where ever conveinient?
i dont have experience in the field but i know a few who started with it and had a quick growth.

Its going to be done from home. We just started getting into it today since exams are over, so once its started we'll operating from home. ATM we're somewhere in Panipitya.

I've been with PCs for almost 10 years and specs of my PC are exactly same as you,So does that make any sense? Just kidding bro!
Unless u directly import PC stuff to keep the cost down its really hard to save ur arse in PC business
