Summary eka kiyapanko peyak balanna ba
    Gemini තියෙන්නෙ ඕකට තමයි වේසියේ. 😂

The narrator of the video, Lucie, talks about her experience living in Sri Lanka for the past four years. She came to Sri Lanka to volunteer at an animal sanctuary and ended up staying there for nearly 4 years. While she has had many amazing experiences, she has also faced a lot of challenges, both emotionally and physically. She describes feeling burnt out from her work at the sanctuary, which involved long hours, difficult conditions, and exposure to animal abuse and death. She also talks about the negative impact that some viewers' comments have had on her mental health.

Despite the challenges, Lucie says that she is grateful for her time in Sri Lanka and has learned a lot from her experiences. However, she has decided that it is time for her to make a change for her mental health. She is not quitting YouTube, but she is planning to take a break and focus on her well-being.

Here are some key points from the video:

Lucie arrived in Sri Lanka in March 2020, just before the lockdowns. (0:16)
She decided to stay in Sri Lanka instead of returning to England. (0:32)
She started working at an animal sanctuary, which was both rewarding and emotionally challenging. (0:52)
She talks about the difficult cases she has seen at the sanctuary, such as animals with disabilities, injuries, and trauma. (1:42)
She describes feeling emotionally numb from seeing so much suffering. (2:35)
During the lockdowns, she was working 6 days a week, 10 hour shifts. (3:22)
She talks about the pressure and responsibility of her job, and how it led to burnout and depression. (3:45)
She says that it is important to talk about mental health and not bottle up emotions. (4:25)
She thanks her supporters and subscribers for their encouragement. (4:45)
She mentions that she is not quitting YouTube, but she is planning to take a break and focus on her well-being. (4:55)

30:00 The narrator says that the last 4 years of being in Sri Lanka have been full of emotional and anxiety filled and stressed. She came to Sri Lanka in March 2020 and it was just before the lockdowns happened because of Covid. She started volunteering at animal SOS Sri Lanka which was her dream. Then the lockdowns happened and she made the decision to stay in Sri Lanka instead of returning back to England. It was the best decision she had ever made because she was really depressed in England.

35:00 She says that a lot of what they haven't shown on camera is the dark side to their reality. She chose to stay in Sri Lanka and start working at the sanctuary like full-time working at the sanctuary which was amazing and super rewarding to be able to give everything to healing an injured animal and to see their recovery. She says that some of the animals have lost limbs, suffered really bad trauma, or are disabled, blind, or abused. She says that they have seen everything at the sanctuary. Seeing dogs pull through is incredible but it is also very traumatic emotionally as a person to be dealing with that.

40:00 She says that through all the lockdowns they were locked down in the sanctuary and it was full on work. She was working 6 days a week and it was 10 hour shifts. It was crazy and you could never switch off from it even when you left work at the end of the day. You would still be thinking about work and thinking about this dog and that dog and maybe you could have done something different or maybe you could have saved that life if you had done this. She says that you are always questioning yourself and doubting yourself and it got to the point where she felt like nothing she does is good enough. It would just really weigh down on her and you start blaming yourself a lot even though you know it's wrong to do that.

45:00 She says that with the lockdowns and everything there ended up being only three managers including herself in a sanctuary with over 2,000 dogs. At that time with Covid the staff were getting covid so they were going through periods of time where only half of the staff were working there. It could have been like 30 staff a day with 2,000 dogs. She says the responsibility was a really heavy load to carry and she just kept pushing through. Sometimes they didn't even have a day off in a week and especially in lockdown they would work every single day for a month or two months. She says it was a blur that time.

It is important to note that this is just a summary of the video, and it does not include all of the details that the narrator discusses. If you are interested in learning more, I recommend watching the video yourself.

Here are some additional details that you may find interesting:

The narrator talks about how she has been able to cope with the challenges she has faced in Sri Lanka, such as through yoga and meditation.
She also talks about the importance of having a support system, such as her friends and family.
She ends the video by saying that she is grateful for her experience in Sri Lanka and that she has learned a lot.

I hope this summary is helpful!

In the YouTube video titled "3 YEAR BURN OUT," the creator shares her emotional and physical challenges during the past four years of living and working in Sri Lanka. Despite an incredible journey that included renovating her home and inspiring others, she experienced intense emotional tolls from full-time work at the animal sanctuary, witnessing animal trauma, and dealing with loss. The creator expresses the need to prioritize her mental health after feeling overwhelmed and burnt out, recognizing that burnout and depression are real experiences worth addressing. In this section of the video, the creator also expresses her struggles with maintaining a balance between her passion for YouTube and her commitment to the sanctuary, as well as her personal well-being. She had been working long hours, leading to mental health challenges and consideration of quitting both YouTube and the sanctuary. However, she recognizes the importance of finding a balance and focusing on creating a balanced workflow, such as stepping back from managing the sanctuary full-time and spending more time on her YouTube videos. Additionally, the creator discusses the impact of negative comments on both creators and viewers, advocating for positive and encouraging comments instead of adding to someone's low mood. She shares her experiences in dealing with Negative comments, specifically regarding her appearance and travel videos, and her decision to continue volunteering at an animal shelter and spreading awareness about their work, but not quitting YouTube completely. Through it all, the creator emphasizes the importance of understanding Authentic experiences and cultures, seeking support during tough times, and promoting positive mental health and self-care.

    Work-life balance එකක් නැති, පිළිවෙලක්, හරි සිස්ටම් එකක්, විනයක් නැති රටක කඹුරලා ඇති වෙන්න ඇති
