Minister Mervin Silva who got away with a minor injury to one of his toes on the left foot in a fatal accident at Aralaganwila on Tuesday afternoon and later air lifted to Colombo on the orders of the Ministry of Defence has been transferred to the Merchant Ward of the National Hospital for further medical observations, Hospital Director said this morning.
