I'm not judging her beliefs (since I haven't done enough research into them), I'm simply congratulating M.I.A on her success in the music industry. She has pushed her way to the forefront of alternative hip hop (trip hop) and has become known internationally. I commend her for that.

this is a quality post. You tell your point and explain it well. That's exactly what I wanted. Yes, of course there is more to her opinion than that video I posted. She also said in that same interview (part 1) that there were 2 ethinicities in Sri Lanka- Sinhales and Tamil, and totally disregarded other major ethnicities like the Muslims So it's not like I'm totally agreeing with everything she says. It's HER opinion, not mine.
