neways Miss Universe 2006 is Ms Puerto Rico

1st Runner up> Ms. Japan

2nd Runner up>Ms. Switzerland

3rd Runner up>Ms. Paraguay

4th Runner up>Ms USA

Ms Puerto Rico, Japan n Paraguay din spk in English..there were translators.. the finalists had to choose questions and Ms Puerto Rico in particular answered them real gud..
How they chose the five finalists I'm not sure..did it have anything to do with the voting in their site? I only watched the last half n hour of the show..
