Mobile phone experts ? Help me!

I bought a Sony Ericsson C902 yesterday and decided to use the 1GB M2 I had on my K550i@W610i .

The M2 worked flawlessly with the K550i, but It doesn't work with the C902. I tried re-seating the card several times with no luck . It works sometimes, but only for the first time accessing the card (* In mass storage mode I could use the M2 to copy paste the files*) I decided to format the M2, since I'm new to the C902 and I was in hurry I formatted it (Mass Storage mode) using Vista64. Allocation size was 16Kb (I think). Now the phone doesn't even detect the M2, it detected it before formatting, but said no files in M2.
So What I have to do, What is messed up ? I'm really pissed off since this happened on the first day I bought my phone.

Please Help me out
P.S. Now even the Windows Format cannot format the Memory stick :/
and I had little problems with this M2 card when it was with my old phone too.. like corrupting files blah blah!

Well im not an expert... but i feel like problem is in the Memory Card..

The memory card is Sony
I bought it from MC (but black market I suppose). It was much cheaper compared to the other shops. Usually the memory cards originally come with SE phones are Sony, So I think that was used by someone before me

Anyways It was working without much problems with my old phone

Try to insert it to some other phone and see machan..

Have you check it with Memory Card Reader? Try Scan Disk and fix errors.

I checked the phone with another M2 and it was working.. Guess my M2 is fracked up.. The shop owner says newer SE phones are allergic(lol) to non-Original M2 s.. is that true ?

machan did a memory card come with your phone?? try putting your memory card to your phone and reformat it.....
