mobile phone unlock(Vodafone 905SH / Sharp 905 (Now called Softbank 905SH)

This situation is called Market Locked Down vodafone says this phone is only for japan even the Digital TV is not EU standard. only 4 japs

NO GSM ex. 900/1800 GSM is not supported only 3g networks (ex. 3 network)
NO Roaming (that means you CAN NOT use the softbank sim card under dialog gsm network in srilanka)

wariyapola is a nice city right

This phone has Digital terrestrial television (DVB-T) but only on a frequenzy where only japs broadcast. not the world wide standard. no analog TV signals.

Sharp makes very nice phones. screen is very colorful and bright. sharp GX15,20,30 koool phones

for less confusion and to save all of your valuble time
to all the 905 SH users

Sharp 905 is only made for japan
905SH is W-CDMA phone, but Roaming is not supported (unfortunately)
Completely different frequency not other 3G nations use 2100Mhz
senseless of doing unlock if you dont live in japan

to sum it all up, this phone is not usable in srilanka or rest of the world.
only if some genius find a solution and crack the phone firmware and hardware.
people been waiting for almost 1 year but still no good luck.
