dont go for samsung as a budget phone.. try xiaomi or else.

i dont recommend huawei cause No google services nor play store...

you can gain more specs in a low price by xiaomi. thats why i told it. And i also have heard vivo is good but hvnt any experiences. I told not to go to samsung bcs they really dont care abt their budget series, they always use older chips and comparatively lower ram and storage than other budget phones. But if you want multitasking at least better go for a midrange.. however budget phone is ok for other reqmnts u have mentioned.
